Yet Another Zombie Survivors: Missing Missions Fix

If missions are not showing in Yet Another Zombie Survivors, open the Camp's Mission Log before repeating runs. Since 1.0.0c2 it lists available missions even when they have not yet been offered. Read the mission's map or mode requirement, select an incomplete mission for retry, and check your installed version if completion is not being saved.

Choose the symptom that matches your problem

• No new mission in the Briefing Room: inspect the Mission Log for an available entry. A random offer is not the only way to locate your next task.
• A story thread stops: read that thread's prerequisite for an arena or mode. Work on the stated requirement rather than changing squad members at random.
• A failed mission does not return: use the log's manual retry option.
• A new brief disappears: reading a new brief adds it to the log under the 1.0.0c rules; check the same save slot.
• An objective completes but the status reverts: use the version-specific checks below.

The official 1.0.0c/c2 notes describe the log changes. 1.0.1 increased story mission offers and added bad-luck protection for required mission items. That protection improves item rolls; it is not a guarantee of an immediate Camp offer.

Ranger: Seeding and later missions

Seeding can be attempted on any difficulty from 1.0.1 onward. If an old walkthrough tells you to use difficulty II+, you can choose an easier difficulty and concentrate on the objective. For a later Ranger mission that has not appeared, inspect the log and its listed prerequisite first. A missing offer alone does not establish a Ranger-specific bug.

Mechanic: Antithesis completion does not stay saved

Update to 1.0.1a or later. That hotfix addresses Antithesis reverting after both conditions are met. Reopen the log and check the current state before repeating the run. If it remains incomplete, retry the listed objectives on the updated version and retain evidence if the state reverts again. See the 1.0.1a guide.

Prologos: Black Box from Easter Egg does not count

Update to 1.0.1b or later. The patch fixes Prologos recognition when Easter Egg produces Black Box. After updating, check the log first; if incomplete, retry the collection objective. The 1.0.1b guide explains the affected route. There is no need to replace this task with an unrelated achievement run.

What to send if it still fails

Capture the mission title, exact objective, log state before and after the run, platform, version and save slot. For collection problems, record the item and how you obtained it. Use F8 where supported and include a contact email so the developer can reply.

If progress is missing across multiple systems rather than one mission, follow the PC save-backup recovery guide before deleting or resetting a slot.
