Yet Another Zombie Survivors: Infinite Mode Unlock

To unlock Infinite mode in Yet Another Zombie Survivors, reach 30 minutes in Endurance on the arena you want to play. The unlock is per arena: a clear on Isolated City does not unlock Infinite everywhere. Hardcore completion is the Boss Rush route, so switching to Hardcore will not solve an Infinite unlock problem.

The shortest route to your next Infinite arena

1. Select the arena you want to unlock, then choose Endurance.
2. Make the 30-minute survival mark your objective. Avoid adding a difficult mission to the same attempt if it distracts you from surviving.
3. After the run, return to that arena's mode selection and check Infinite. Repeat the Endurance milestone for each additional arena you want.

The official Version 1.0 notes corrected this condition. The 1.0.0c hotfix also fixed an incorrect unlock requirement displayed by the interface. If an older guide sends you to Hardcore, use the Endurance condition instead.

Infinite is still locked: check these first

• Correct arena? Reopen the arena used for the 30-minute Endurance run, rather than a different map.
• Correct mode? Default, Hardcore and Boss Rush are different completion routes. A long run in the wrong mode is not the stated prerequisite.
• Correct milestone? Check the run result rather than estimating elapsed time from a recording or a session clock.
• Correct save slot? Progress recorded in another slot will not establish the current slot's unlock.
• Current version? Update your installed build, then inspect the mode-selection screen again. PC and console rollout dates can differ.

If those checks pass but the arena remains locked, keep a screenshot of the result and the locked mode, plus your arena, platform and version. Send these through the game's F8 feedback route where available. These details make the failed prerequisite check reproducible.

Prepare for the 30-minute attempt

Use the beginner squad route if you need a starting trio. Prioritize a working damage route first, then add recovery or control when your runs end from attrition or being boxed in. Take pickups through an escape lane; a risky detour that ends the run also ends unlock progress.

For Bio Lab access, first complete Dead Terminal on Default. That is the map prerequisite, not the Infinite prerequisite. The Bio Lab guide separates its toxic boundary from the mode unlock.

Which mode does each clear open?

• Dead Terminal on Default: unlocks Bio Lab.
• Hardcore completion for a map: unlocks that map's Boss Rush.
• 30 minutes in Endurance for an arena: unlocks that arena's Infinite.
